Exient is a leading developer and publisher of mobile free-to-play games, including titles such as “Lemmings”, “Angry Birds Transformers,” “Dancing with the Stars” and many more. We are expanding with many exciting new projects and are looking for talented and driven staff with a passion for mobile gaming.

We are looking for a motivated Associate Producer. Working alongside the development teams to facilitate the delivery of the games, the candidate must monitor the games’ progress and assess the team workload. The candidate will represent production in meetings, assist in escalating blockers, and report results to management.

Required Skills

  • Experience in-game production management: roadmap, sprint planning, risk assessment
  • Ability to communicate with all game-related disciplines
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to estimate work complexity and time
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of the game development pipeline from concept to Live

Helpful to have

  • Quality driven: attention to details, curious, analytical
  • Proficiency: Unity, P4, JIRA, Excel
  • Knowledge of Apple App Store, Google Play Store release pipelines
  • Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership
  • Able to work in an iterative and agile production process
  • Interest in mobile and free-to-play games
  • Report to management
  • People management: performance assessment, 1 to 1, problem-solving
  • Curious about analytics
  • Communication: outsource, localization, pitch to licensors or publishers
